The Power to change
So, you regret deeds of the past?
Believing you could never change.
But there is one who has the power
And love to help you rearrange.
Your life!
Just know our God would never break
Your own determent, stubborn mind.
BUT! without Faith, or honest work
The lost stay lost; the blind still blind.
You can!
Gave you the right to choose.
To see the choices, you would make
Till negatives of life have taught you
All wrongs to shun, all ill forsake.
Keep trying!
Father knows that growth is needed
From each precious life He gave.
To gather in a bounteous harvest
For HIM to hold, to love and safe.
