I know

I know who’s in charge, know who sees

 Mankind’s empty ambitions, vanity, greed.

God will teach us, help us to learn, to know

                Events of our earth won’t always go

            The way clever Leaders have planned them.

                     He’s there to help us understand

             The affairs of earth are within his hands

                  Men’s eyes are blind, they fail to see

                     The way things really ought to be

                             Intervenes to let us know

                      The way lives on the earth should go

                    In wisdom's way he’s there to remind us

                         Until our better self will find us

                         Until we wake up and understand

                 The affairs of the earth are within his hand.
